Our role

Closing Columbus is a real estate wholesaler. We contract to buy residential real property on our own behalf and may assign our interest in those contracts to third parties for a fee. We are not a licensed real estate broker or agent, and nothing on this site creates an agency, fiduciary, or advisory relationship with you. We do not give legal, tax, or investment advice.
