Solomon Sparks has been a real estate investor since 2018, when he started fixing and flipping houses in Columbus. For three years he sourced every one of his own deals directly from sellers, and that is where he saw the gap. Nobody was consistently bringing good deals to the Columbus investment community. When deals did come around, there was no meat left on the bone, or the wholesaler behind them could not be trusted.
In 2021 he founded Closing Columbus to fix that: a company built on ethically sourcing discounted off-market deals and delivering them to investors, consistently. Since then Closing Columbus has transacted more than 300 real deals, every one sourced direct to seller and closed. That number does not include refinances, double closings, or deals wholesaled to ourselves and counted twice. It is more than 300 houses that actually changed hands.
Today Solomon runs Closing Columbus and is building a large multifamily portfolio, buying distressed off-market apartment buildings at a discount and following the BRRRR method: buy, renovate, rent, refinance, repeat. Every deal on this site is under contract with the owner by Closing Columbus. We do not resell other wholesalers' deals.

Every owner gets the Ohio wholesaler disclosure in writing before they sign, as the law requires. We would do it anyway.

We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and we do not represent buyers or sellers. We are a principal in every transaction.
