What we collect

When you send a form on this site we receive what you typed: usually a name, an email address, a phone number, and for sellers a property address and for investors an offer amount and what kind of properties you buy.

We keep a copy of every submission on our hosting provider's servers for up to two years so that nothing gets lost if an email fails. We do not use tracking cookies or third party analytics scripts on this site.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to send you deals if you asked for them, and to keep track of who we have talked to about which property. If you joined the buyers list we will email you, and text you if you ticked that box, about new deals until you tell us to stop. Reply STOP to any text or reply to any email and you are removed.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or share your details with anyone outside the transaction you are part of. A title company will see your details if you buy or sell a house through us. Nobody else.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a transaction. Use the contact page.
